Workflow automation

The plumbing under the business. Documents get read and filed, reports assemble themselves, and the tools you already pay for talk to each other, all running on n8n in your own infrastructure.

How it works
  1. Documents that file themselves
  2. Reports that assemble themselves
  3. Tools that talk to each other
  4. Self-hosted and yours

What it does for you

Documents that file themselves
Invoices, claims, and contracts arrive by email or upload. AI pulls the vendor, dates, totals, and line items, checks them against your records, and posts clean entries with the source document attached and a full audit trail. Anything ambiguous waits in a queue for a human glance.
Reports that assemble themselves
Live data is pulled from the CRM, accounting, project management, phone, and calendar without IT involvement. Results land where the team already looks, as a daily digest or a notification when a deal moves or a project slips. No new dashboard and no new login.
Tools that talk to each other
Where a native integration exists we use it. Where one does not, an API or a headless step covers the gap instead of a person copying between systems.
Self-hosted and yours
Workflows run on n8n in your own infrastructure, so there is no per-task pricing and no vendor holding your automations. Every run is logged with retries and alerting, so a failure pages somebody rather than quietly dropping work.
