Frequently asked questions
How long until it is running?
Seven to ten business days from the moment you send back the onboarding form. In that window we build your site, set up your business number, connect and clean up your Google Business Profile, and configure the follow-up so all of it is working together on day one. The clock starts when we have your details, not when you sign.
What do you need from me?
One short onboarding form, your logo if you have one, job photos if you have them, and access to your Google Business Profile. If you do not have a logo or good photos we handle both.
What if I already have a website?
We build the new one alongside it and leave yours up the whole time. Nothing changes for your customers until you have seen the finished site and told us to point your domain at it.
Do I own my domain?
Yes, the domain is registered to your business and stays yours whatever happens. The business phone number runs on our platform and forwards to your real phone, so that one goes away if you leave.
Will people find my website on Google?
The basics get done properly on every site, meaning keyword research, alt tags, meta tags, header structure, an SSL certificate, a sitemap, and fast page loads. Where you land depends on how long the site has been live, how many reviews you have, and who else is bidding for the same work locally.
Do I need to be technical to run this?
No. Everything you touch day to day happens in one app on your phone, and the launch call walks you through all of it. When something on the website needs changing you send us a message and we change it.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your domain and your Google Business Profile because those are yours. You lose the website, the phone system, the automations, and the shared inbox, since those run on our platform. No cancellation fee and no notice period.
